The size of this building is 60 x 100′ and 14′ tall. Located in Grand Traverse County, Greenlake township, commercial property. It featured 3 14 x14 sliding doors. 1 Door located on the gable end and the other 2 on the right eve wall. 1 36″ steel door with a deadbolt lock.
The site was excavated, the concrete footers installed and poles erected at this point all work done by Tandy Builder. Eventually, a 6-inch concrete floor was poured and electricity installed.
